Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Got Get Limited (Got Get) including the purchase and delivery of products.
1.1 All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and includes GST (15% Goods and Services Tax).
1.2 All prices advertised on the website are subject to change by Got Get at any time up to payment is received without notice. Got Get also reserves the right to cancel any orders placed, including where payment has been received, where there has been an error in the online pricing.
1.3 You will be charged the listed price and may also be charged an additional fee for postage.
1.4 Got Get reserves the right to restrict the quantity of products purchased in a single transaction or may cancel an order made (including where payment has been made) where stock is not available or it is otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
2. Colours and Descriptions4.1 Title to the products shall remain the property of Got Get until full payment has been received in accordance with clause 1.
4.2 Got Get shall not be required to deliver products until payment has been made in full.
4.3 Risk in the products passes to you on collection by the postage, courier or freight provider from the premises of Got Get.
4.4 If delivery requires a signature, by signing the courier (or similar) company's delivery form you are accepting the condition of the parcel and stock inside it. If the box is damaged or tampered with upon arrival Got Get recommends you to check all products for damages before you sign for goods. If the goods are damaged as a result of transportation between Got Get and you then ensure that you have the driver sign your receipt stating the goods which have been damaged in transit. Then contact Got Get immediately.
4.5 Got Get does not guarantee the date or time of the delivery of the products.
5. Returns(b) products are still in their original packaging where applicable;
(c) products have their tags intact; and
(d) products remain unused, unwashed, undamaged and as new.
6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, Got Get shall not be liable to you, under the law of contract, tort, equity or otherwise, for any damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that are indirect or consequential losses regardless of the cause of such damages including loss of profits, loss of savings, loss of revenues loss of data or use.
6.2 Subject to clause 6.1 Got Get's liability for damages (under the law of contract, tort, equity or otherwise) shall be limited in aggregate to the price paid by you. Any claim must be made within 7 working days of receipt of product.
6.3 Got Get's liability under any statutory right or any condition or warranty, including any implied by the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, sections 6 to 10 (inclusive) of the Contractual Remedies Act 1979 or similar Act is excluded, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this contract is intended to have the effect of contracting out of the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 except to the extent permitted by that Act, and these terms are to be modified to the extent necessary to give effect to that intention.
7. General7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the governing laws of New Zealand and will be in the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts.
7.2 No waiver of any breach of the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or any subsequent breach.
7.3 The failure of either party to enforce any provision in these Terms and Conditions at any time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the provision.
7.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, such unenforceability shall not affect any other part of such provision or any other provision thereof.

Got Get recognises the importance of protecting your personal information and this Privacy Notice applies to our physical stores and use of our website or other digital platforms or social media accounts, entering into any promotions or completing any surveys. Most of the time we collect this information directly from you in person, by phone, email, on our website or other correspondence with us through digital platforms and social media. When using digital platforms, our website and social media we may collect your IP address, domain names, times and durations of visits. Information viewed, search history, any referring URL and cookie identifiers.
When you visit our stores we may also collect images and video surveillance of you including details of your physical appearance where unlawful activities are suspected..
We may also collect personal information from third parties such as from other retailers and the Police to prevent and detect crime.

We collect personal information primarily to sell and deliver our products and services and also for marketing and promotion purposes. Our marketing use includes displaying customised or targeted material or advertising (based on your past activity) and remarketing our products to you. In addition, we collect personal information
